The Fujifilm X-T4 is a 26MP APS-C mirrorless camera. Some of the new features compared to the X-T3 include IBIS, faster shooting at 20 fps, improved autofocus and a larger battery.

I am using the X-T4 with the XF 23mm f1.4 lens, which is the full frame equivalent to 35mm. While my favourite focal length for portraits and photography is 35mm on full frame, I do prefer using the XF 35mm f1.4 or XF 50mm f1.0 on Fujifilm cameras. While this XF 23mm f1.4 is a nice lens, I do find that it tends to occasionally miss focus in strong back-lit conditions.

While the X-T4 doesn't have cutting edge eye-AF technology, from my experience this is a more than capable mirrorless camera for portrait photography. The Fujifilm X-T4 features dual card slots and includes 12 film simulation modes.

This camera also outputs 4k video at up to 60p and 1080 video at up to 240 fps. Dan and I have used the X-T4 to film this behind the scenes while we were taking a look at the new Fujifilm X-S10.
