I am using the Sony 24-70mm f2.8 zoom lens on the Sony A7III for portrait photography. Sometimes it’s fun to challenge yourself as a photographer and do something you normally don’t. In today’s behind the scenes video I set a 10 minute timer to do a whole photoshoot on the streets of Sydney. Setting a challenge for yourself like this can help you learn how to work under pressure, which is something that happens a lot during wedding photography. You improve your skills to be able to quickly find locations with good lighting and interesting backgrounds, direct your subject and get your camera ready to shoot.

The photos from this photoshoot are all shot in natural light. I’m really happy with the variety of portraits we captured and the variety of locations and lighting situations we managed to shoot in in such a short amount of time! Watch the behind the scenes below and please subscribe to my channel if you haven’t already, I upload a new video every single week.
